Terms for using ThinkJob’s job discovery, CV, matching, and application-preparation tools.
Purpose of the service
ThinkJob provides tools for job discovery, professional-profile and CV management, job-match guidance, application preparation, and application tracking. It is not an employer, recruitment agency, or guarantee of employment.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Job information and third-party sources
Job information may come from employers, official career sites, or permitted feeds and can change without notice. ThinkJob reviews publication state but cannot guarantee that every external detail remains current. Confirm deadlines, requirements, and terms with the employer.
External applications and employer independence
Application links and email destinations may lead to third-party services. ThinkJob does not control an employer’s recruitment process, decisions, response time, or external website. Opening an application method does not submit an application automatically.
CV and application tools
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, CV, Cover Letter, email content, notes, and submitted application. Review every document and destination before use.
AI-assisted outputs
AI-assisted analysis and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. They are preparation aids, not professional, legal, immigration, or employment advice. You must review and correct generated material before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with availability, impersonate another person or organization, or use job information for prohibited automated collection.
Content and availability
You remain responsible for content you provide. ThinkJob and its licensors retain rights in the application, branding, and platform materials. Features may change, become temporarily unavailable, or require restriction to protect users and the service.
Restrictions and limitations
Access may be restricted when required to prevent misuse, protect security, or comply with applicable obligations. ThinkJob is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation, job availability, interviews, employer responses, or employment outcomes.
