Sr. Business Analyst, Performance Management
الوصف
The role holder will be responsible to support the Corporate Performance Management section by maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing the company’s corporate performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting outputs. The role holder will be responsible to ensure accurate performance tracking, insightful analysis, and effective linkage between strategy, execution, and results to support informed management decision-making.
المسؤوليات
Maintain and update corporate Balanced Scorecards, and KPI frameworks to ensure alignment with approved corporate strategy.
Ensure the integrity of linkages between strategic objectives, KPIs, targets, and initiatives across corporate, divisional, and departmental levels.
Support enhancements to performance management frameworks based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
Support the design, review, and documentation of KPIs in line with corporate standards and governance requirements.
Maintain KPI definitions, registers, targets, and ownership details to ensure clarity, consistency, and auditability.
Perform quality reviews of KPI data and escalate issues related to data gaps, inconsistencies, or weak metric design.
المتطلبات
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Minimum of 8 years direct and relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Large Manufacturing industry.
